Who are Moving Works?

Estate agents charge a percentage of the sale when selling a property, but this percentage is at the discretion of the valuer and tends to depend on how good a “negotiator” the client is. A vulnerable client can therefore often end up paying more than a person able to negotiate so, someone selling a house for £250,000 has to pay more than someone selling for £100,000, yet the service levels they receive, are exactly the same. So that’s why we developed our fixed percentage policy . It’s a much more modern approach and that winning formula has already made us one of the fastest growing estate agencies.

The strategy is successful because it is attractive to vendors in its transparency and we have developed very efficient operating procedures. Together they have helped us win the market share we need to be successful. I should emphasize at the outset that to become a Franchisee previous experience is not a requirement. Our training is geared to acquaint people, from a range of backgrounds ,with all the necessary know how.
